Today I am sharing a recipe of Moong cheese kachori. This spicy, cheesy kachori stuffed with moong and cheese will satisfy your taste buds! To make this kachori is easy and you can easily make it anytime you want to try some delicious snacks or can prepare and serve it in your kitty parties.

Ingredients of Moong Cheese Kachori Recipe
- All purpose flour - 1 ½ Cup
- Wheat flour - 1 ½ Cup
- Oats flour - 1 Cup
- Salt - 1 Tablespoon
- Oil - 2 Teaspoons
- Water - 4 Cups
- Moong beans sprouts - 1 Cup
- Boiled mashed potatoes - 1 Cup
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 Cup
- Chilli flakes - 1 Teaspoon
- Mixed herbs - 1 Teaspoon
- Oil for frying - 3 Cups
How to Make Moong Cheese Kachori
Step 1: In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, wheat flour, salt, oats flour, oil and required water and knead into a smooth, soft dough. Keep it aside for half an hour.
Step 2: Now, in a heavy skillet, add mung beans sprouts and water and stir it well. Cover it with lid and boil for 10-15 minutes.
Step 3: Once, done, remove it from the heat and drain.
Step 4: Now, in a mixing bowl, add boiled mung beans sprouts, boiled, mashed potatoes, chilli flakes, mixed herbs, mozzarella cheese, salt, and mix them well.
Step 5: Now, take a ball from the dough and flatten it with a rolling pin and add some prepared mixture on it. and close it tightly and shape it into a kachori. Repeat the procedure for the remaining dough and mixture.
Step 6: Now in a heavy skillet heat the oil and deep fry the kachoris until it becomes crispy or golden brown in colour.
Step 7: Drain it on an absorbent Paper.
Step 8: Serve the hot and delicious Moong Cheese Kachori with green coriander chutney.
